Some interesting inflection points in my career
My pilot job
Technical writer > Content marketing manager > Growth and marketing manager
I got in as a technical writer and left as the growth and marketing manager. It was surreal, to say the least. The role validated my dogged insistence on charting my own course and showed me a window into unlimited growth.
I am grateful to Ran Ronen, who believed in me when there wasn't much to see, experience-wise. I grew exponentially and achieved the desired results. I would say the risk paid off for us both.

Founder of The Content Advocates (TCA)
This kickstarted my life as a founder. Very eager to show that marketing can achieve predictable demand generation results, I launched TCA. We've since served 80+ clients and delivered mostly predictable results.
Sometimes the results overshoot our expectations, and other times they fall just below our expectations, but they rarely ever disappoint the clients because the standards we set internally are always way above what we communicate to the client (whose expectations are almost always exceeded).

Communications Officer at The Nigeria Startup Act Project
Under the leadership of Oswald Osaretin Guobadia, the Senior Special Assistant to the president on Digital Transformation at the time, I coordinated a team of 50+ professionals across multiple disciplines and with varying levels of experience, while ensuring friction free communication between government and private sector stakeholders, leading to the passing of the Nigeria Startup Act 2022.

If a generation is going to change a losing trajectory, they will need sufficient external force. Co-founded by my friends and me, BroadStreet is an establishment whose primary purpose is to educate and shape the minds of young people across various disciplines.
We host weekly Masterclasses, execute impact projects, and teach experts how to translate God's vision to remarkable advances in science, tech, business, entertainment, and everywhere else.
The ethos of BroadStreet shapes me daily and guides my path to intentional generational impact.

I established The Human Intelligence Enterprise with a vision to advance the Average General Intelligence of Humanity, as a cognitive and computational neuroscientist. tenexcel. executes its functions via three main establishments:

Neuroscientists, philosophers, and biophysicists alike agree on one truth: there is no universally accepted definition of intelligence. Bearing in mind that the canon for intelligence (both human and machine) is still being written, Provenance is positioned as the origin and chief storyteller of humanity's average general intelligence.
At Provenance, we build scientific tools based on proprietary research and algorithms, educate experts across disciplines, and tell stories using everything at our disposal. Our free products are MenCAT and Cognithink Lite.

tenexcel. Institute of Thought Leadership (TITL)
TITL is the human and machine intelligence research institute that drives everything we do at tenexcel. Core research areas are targeted neuroplasticity, metacognition, and machine intelligence.
IndieSci
When I started TITL, I was unable to access resources from international organizations that claimed to make knowledge accessible to all. I won't mention names, but one of them rhymes with ebrains.
The reason for denying me access was that TITL wasn't recognized. So I started IndieSci as a platform to make high quality theoretical brain models and simulations accessible to independent scientists. Someday, we may extend beyond neuroscience.
But until then, we encourage independent scientists to be a part of our growing community of independent scientists, making neuroscience research truly open source.
Honourable mention
Class prefect of Primary 4b
Don't laugh. Being the class prefect of Primary 4b at Madonna Montesorri Nursery and Primary School was my first foray into leadership, and so it deserves a place in this hall of inflection points. I learnt very early that personal excellence (especially in activities that are entirely within your control) is, by itself, enough to distinguish and position you for widespread influence (through leadership).
Just kidding, I didn't realize such an important lesson back then; I only realized it when preparing the content for this website, lol.
